What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Details about your event: type, date, guest count, budget and any special requirements
• Any message or comments you choose to share

We also automatically capture, when relevant, which campaign or ad brought you to the site (see below).

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, plan your event, and understand which of our marketing activity is generating genuine interest. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Enquiry data is processed by the following third-party services, strictly to deliver the service described:

• SendGrid (Twilio) - delivers your enquiry to our team by email.
• Neon / Vercel - securely stores enquiry records so we can track and follow up on them.
• Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and WhatConverts- only if you've consented via our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details on each.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records, and delete them when no longer needed.
